ABOUT

HI THERE

I’m Alyssia Sheikh—coach, facilitator, and eternal student of what it means to be human.

I guide people through meaningful transformation—helping them reconnect to their truth, rewire old patterns, and return to themselves.

Over the last decade, I’ve led both embodied healing programs and transformational leadership intensives for adults. My work is grounded in mindfulness, informed by neuroscience, shaped by social consciousness, and always rooted in compassion.

Before this chapter, I spent 10 years running a popular wellness YouTube channel, where I shared my love of food and supported hundreds of thousands of people in healing their relationships with food and emotional eating. That journey led me inward—and ultimately to a deeper passion for helping people heal their relationship with themselves.

Mindfulness is more than my profession—it’s my practice. It helps me slow down, savor the moment, and truly be here for this sacred human experience of life.

And yet, in the personal growth space, I’ve seen how easily transformation can turn into perfectionism. I’ve watched too many people get stuck in shame—believing they’re broken, or not doing enough.

But the point of this work isn’t to fix you. It’s to remind you that you were never broken.

My work invites you to love yourself—especially the parts you don’t yet love. Not by bypassing them, but by meeting them with presence, care, and honesty.

With love,
Alyssia Sheikh

Commitment to Diversity

Belonging begins within and ripples outward–for ourselves, our communities, and our world. On our team, we embody this knowing by embracing our diverse strengths and perspectives as essential pieces of a greater whole. Our cultures, our neurodiversity, our queerness–all of us belongs. We believe our differences contain unique gifts, and we envision a world where difference is celebrated rather than erased.

In our commitment to this work, we believe in paying our team members fairly and generously; we offer professional development and wellness resources; and we regularly host team forums to support our individual strengths and identify unmet needs. The world we wish to see starts with how we live every day. As a brand, we aspire to continuously evolve in our efforts to build a more just world, and a truly inclusive approach to personal growth.
